I’m updating our 7,500-seat arena plan and want a single-page format that maps radio channel assignments, weather delay thresholds (e.g., lightning at 8–10 miles), and evacuation timing to roles (floor, guest services, PD, EMS), plus a simple T+0/+10/+20 egress checklist we can run and log.
For our 7,500-seat bowl I shrunk ICS-201 into a badge card: org box maps floor/guest services/PD/EMS to primary/fallback channels, with a footer showing “T+0/+10/+20” egress checks and a hard trigger line like “Lightning ≤8 mi = PAUSE; ≤6 mi = start EVAC timer”; we’ve found it faster than a full IAP (ref: Emergency Management Institute | ICS Fillable Forms). Small caveat: we leave PD/EMS on their native talkgroups and only patch to Ops during egress to reduce chatter — would that work with your channel assignments?
